Thermobond nonwovens have a process that heating,ausform,melt,flow and solidify. Agglutinate materail has the feature that melt and flow when it is heated. main fibres are cross bond by the Agglutinate materail. after the refrigeration the melt polymer have be solidified. Generally agglutinate materail is the thermoplastic polymer such as low melting point synthetic fibre, thermoplastic polymer powder, polymer films and so on.

Thermobond have three modes: melting bonded nonwoven, calendering bonded nonwoven, ultrasonic bonded.
